    The best post office I've ever been in heaps of goodies to buy and great service with lots of laughs loved it.

    Don't understand how this post office rated 5 stars, has to be one of the worst I've ever encountered. Poor service with lineups lasting for half an hour or more, customers being yelled at by the gentleman behind the counter in front of other customers, being told that the amount of money being spent in their post office isn't enough to pay for the cost of air conditioning when everyone waiting in line is sweltering from the heat. Insolent and arrogant attitudes towards customers. They really can use some customer service training. I will do my business in Kingaroy from now on.
